These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the beres website and B2B order-intake automation service (the "Service"), operated by Make It Work Solutions (Registration No. 202603182437 (003868998-X)), registered in Malaysia ("beres", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under your account. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

2. The Service

beres helps automate business-document intake, including capturing and processing documents and orders you submit. We continually improve the Service and may change, add, or remove features over time. We may impose usage limits or offer different plans.

3. Your data and content

You retain ownership of the documents, orders, and other data you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and use Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the rights needed to submit Your Content and for ensuring it does not violate any law or third-party right.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or disrupt its operation.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service except as permitted by these Terms.
• Upload malicious code or content you do not have the right to submit.

5. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party services, such as sign-in providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

6. Fees

Some features of the Service may require payment. Applicable fees, billing terms, and any free or trial tiers will be described at the point of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for reviewing the output of the Service before relying on it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, beres will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
